CloudAttend Terms of Service & Licensing Agreement

1. Turnkey Cloud Setup Scope

Turnkey Cloud Setup includes deploying one CloudAttend instance on your designated custom domain, configuring brand assets, and supplying an onboarding guide. It includes a 14-day deployment warranty.

2. Developer Source Code Licensing Scope

To protect commercial integrity, source code licenses are governed by specific usage boundaries:

Developer License ($69): Grants deployment and modification rights for one single organization or in-house team. Reselling, sublicensing, or distributing the code to third-party clients is strictly prohibited.
Agency Resale License ($299): Grants full commercial rights to customize, white-label, and deploy instances to unlimited clients royalty-free.

3. Technical Limitations & Disclaimers

The software is provided on an 'as-is' basis. As disclosed, web browsers cannot physically override client OS mock location settings without hardware MDM enrollment. CloudAttend accepts no liability for internal labor disputes arising from organization attendance policies.

4. Customer Compliance Responsibilities

Customers bear sole responsibility for ensuring that employee attendance and biometric collection policies comply with applicable local employment laws and data privacy regulations.
